We do everything possible to educate the public about the importance of planning ahead for the eventualities of aging. Our firm offers seminars on an ongoing basis, and Attorney Leguria also speaks at external events.

Attorney Gina Leguria focuses her legal practice on Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts, Wills, Power of Attorney, Medi-Cal Planning, and Elder Law. She is dedicated to protecting families from the devastating legal effects of disability and the death of loved ones. With proper planning, families can avoid unnecessary court proceedings, protect their assets, continue their legacies, and provide for the security of their families. Gina learned firsthand the effects of failing to plan when her father tragically died in a vehicle accident without estate planning. This required Gina who was just out of college with an Agriculture Business degree to probate her father’s estate, including a business partnership and small cattle ranch. As a result of this experience, she went to law school determined to help other families avoid the devastation and complications of the probate process.
